This will be a evolution of me during the next ten weeks, and I can honestly say there is no telling what I will say...

Here we go..
This is the first time that I have ever blogged, but I can see that this may get addicting. I hope that everyone enjoys reading my thoughts on healing and sprituality over the next ten weeks.
You are so right! Blogging can be addicting.. lol. I actually now have 5 with this class. One for my family, photgraphy, cooking, my Dad's poems, and now this class one. It is really fun. Check out the html app when you add a gadget. That gets really fun. One of my favoites is an html widget from "Revolver Maps". It lets you know where people from all over th eworld are viewing your blog. Have fun! ~Tera
I too am a first time blogger..I may have been a little confused about the purpose of creating a blog for this class, but I do not know how to change the title on my blog now so i will just let it be. Anyway, just ignore the stuff about becoming a PT. WeI will use it to discuss integral health topics. Anyway, I found the relaxation technique to be very helpful. The exercise reminds you just how powerful the mind is in regard to controlling involuntary processes of the body. Just by thinking about something, you can exhibit some type of control over it. The exercise gets you to relax your arms and hands, but by focusing on that, you will find that the rest of the body becomes relaxed as well.
